32 Scholarships Worth NIS 200k Awarded to Reserve Duty Students at BIU’s Faculty of Engineering

Thirty-two reserve duty students, each having served over 150 days while pursuing their engineering degrees, received scholarships totalling NIS 200,000, donated by Aigent-tech and Globrands companies. This initiative was led by the Faculty of Engineering under Dr. Shahar Alon, Head of the Biomedical Engineering and Neuro-engineering Program.

Erasmus Brain and Data Science Graduate Program Welcomes 16 New Students

Bar-Ilan University welcomes 16 students from around the world who are currently studying in the NeuroData – Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's Degree Program in Brain and Data Science. The new students hail from Russia, the United States, the Philippines, Poland, Nigeria, China, Mexico, Spain, Nepal and Ethiopia.

500 New Olim Begin Their Higher Education In Israel at Bar-Ilan University

When Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022, Elena Kravtsova, from St. Petersburg, decided it was time to leave her native homeland. The 33-year-old accomplished lawyer gave up her distinguished career to come to Israel. “I lost everything. I came to Israel with nothing and started here from zero because I wanted to live in a free country with democracy,” she says. Kravtsova is now enrolled in the International MBA Program, while also studying cyber security.
