Updates for the COVID-19 Pandemic Period
Bar-Ilan University is now operating according to Green Pass regulations
Following a resurgence in COVID-19 infections in Israel and pursuant to government decisions, entrance to the BIU campus is now in accordance with Green Pass regulations:
Entrance to campus is permitted only upon presentation of proof of vaccination or proof of recovery or a negative coronavirus screening test (PCR) taken no more than 72 hours prior to campus entry. In the case of an Antigen screening test, it needs to be taken no more than 24 hours prior to campus entry.
Additionally, students, faculty members, and employees who were exposed to a verified COVID-19 patient, must follow Ministry of Health guidelines and should not come to campus until after receiving a negative test result.
Vaccinated students, faculty members and employees who have an isolated person in their home will be able to enter campus after presenting a negative COVID-19 test result for the isolated person.
Unvaccinated students, faculty members and employees, who have an isolated person in their home, will be able to enter campus after presenting negative COVID-19 test results both for the isolated person and for themselves.
