Bar-Ilan University, in collaboration with the Jane Stern Lebell Fund for the Encouragement of Social Entrepreneurship, is calling on students—changemakers with a drive to create social impact. If you have an innovative idea, a genuine desire to bring about meaningful change, and are looking for the tools to help your project succeed—apply for funding from the fund.

The fund offers financial support of up to 150,000 shekels per venture. The final amount will be determined by the committee.

Funding is available for initiatives that offer creative, deep-rooted solutions to the pressing social challenges facing Israeli society today. Projects may serve the student community on campus or the broader Israeli public.

To be eligible, applicants must be current students at any degree level or graduates within one year of completing their studies. Proposals will be evaluated based on the originality and innovation of the idea, its potential impact on the target audience, the likelihood of successful implementation, and the applicant's commitment to the project and ability to work as part of a team.

To apply, submit a 2–3-minute video presenting your initiative, along with a detailed budget estimate.

Application deadline: April 6, 2025
