Teddy Bear Hospital

The Teddy Bear Hospital is returning to BIU’s Azrieli Faculty of Medicine in Safed on Monday, May 2, 2022, from 4:30-7:00 pm. Children may bring their teddy bears and dolls to be examined by Bar-Ilan medical students and faculty at the popular, annual community event – now in its tenth year.  A fun activity for children and their parents, the Teddy Bear Hospital aims to alleviate anxiety that the youngsters may have toward medical care.  In previous years hundreds of children, accompanied by parents and teachers, visited the Teddy Bear Hospital, gaining a closer look at medical diagnosis and treatment for their “sick” stuffed animals and dolls.
