How to access In-bar?
Access In-bar by entering your ID number (9 digits. If your ID number contains less than 9 digits, add zeros at the beginning to complete 9 digits) or passport number (exact, without adding zeros) and mobile phone number (without spaces and hyphens). You will then receive a one-time verification code via SMS, which should be entered on the login screen.
To update your mobile number, you can contact the Service and Recruitment Center via chat or through the TLM department using this contact form.
I haven't received the verification message; what should I do?
If after entering your ID number and mobile phone, a message appears that a verification code was sent via SMS, but the message is not received on your phone:
- Check if the message wasn't mistakenly sent to the "spam" folder in your phone's messaging app
- Make sure your phone has reception and airplane mode is off
- In some cases, turning the device off and on can help
- Make sure the latest version of the messaging app is installed
- Ensure there's available storage space on your phone (if there's no free storage space, the messaging app cannot send or receive messages)
- Verify that you can send and receive messages from other numbers
